Enrolling is easy, and you will find using Online Banking very convenient to manage your money. To start, let's make sure you have the right information.
About 5 business days after your account is opened, you will receive a Password Assignment Notification. This is your temporary password during enrollment. Have this and your account number handy when you begin the enrollment process.
Then follow these 5 steps – this should only take about 3-5 minutes:
Step 1: Visit our website at doralbankny.com and look for the 'First Time Users' link in the Online Banking area
Step 2: After you enter your account number in the Access ID field, select the type of account you opened, and type in the temporary password into the Password field, click 'Submit'
Step 3: Create an Access ID and Password that you can remember for future use
Step 4: Set your Security Data by providing your email address, selecting an image and a phrase, and selecting security questions. This process is for your security, and will help if you need to retrieve your login information in the future
Step 5: Accept the Online Banking Customer Agreement by clicking 'Accept'. On the next page, you should see your account(s) and balance(s).

Yes. Once you enter your Access ID and complete the security challenge, you will see a link at the bottom of the page that says "Forgot your password?" Click on that link, enter your Access ID, and your Password will be sent to you via the email address we have for you.
If you DO still have your Password Assignment Notification that we sent you when you first opened your account and enrolled in Online Banking, you can use that to re-enroll. Just follow the Online Banking Enrollment Process in the answer to #1 above.
If you DON'T still have that Password Assignment Notification, please call us at 1-877-31-DORAL (1-877-313-6725) Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST and we will get you unlocked.
For your security, we will protect your information and disable login after 180 days of inactivity. If this happens, contact us at 1-877-31-DORAL (1-877-313-6725) and we will help you get unlocked.
Registering your computer makes logging in quicker and easier. If you register your computer, you won't be prompted to answer your security questions when signing in to view your account(s) online. We recommend only registering private computers, such as your home computer.
